The Project Management Department is an academic division specialized in preparing professional project managers. Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet its requirements, with a focus on effective communication, leadership, resource management, and risk assessment within diverse project environments. The department emphasizes the development of students' professional, technical, and personal skills in line with labor market requirements, enhancing their abilities for self-learning, continuous development, and keeping up with technological advancements through experiential learning and both individual and group work. The department also supports scientific and applied research in the field of project management and provides studies and consultations. In this regard, the Project Management Department aims to prepare qualified specialists in the fields of business administration, accounting, and financial management, through comprehensive academic programs that develop skills in planning, organizing, leadership, resource management, financial analysis, and decision-making, in line with the labor market requirements and the needs of institutions in both the public and private sectors.
