The Department of Study and Examinations is one of the essential departments responsible for organizing and monitoring the educational process and examinations at the college, and it works to ensure the application of academic regulations and organize procedures related to study schedules and tests in a way that achieves the quality and regularity of the educational process.

Tasks and Responsibilities:-

  • Preparing and organizing study schedules in coordination with the academic departments.
  • Preparing examination schedules and monitoring their implementation.
  • Organizing and following up on examination procedures according to the approved regulations.
  • Receiving, recording, and reviewing the results of academic courses.
  • Coordinating with academic departments and faculty members regarding the educational process.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the academic calendar and study plans.
  • Preparing reports and statistics related to study and examinations.
  • Storing and organizing files and documents related to examinations and academic results.
